Purchase help
For a missing photo-pack purchase, include the store, purchase date, and receipt reference. Do not send full payment-card details. Apple and Google control their own refund approvals; Stripe purchases made through our web or direct-desktop checkout can be investigated by PhotoWash Pro support.
Privacy and deletion
You can delete an individual cleanup or start account deletion inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the web deletion pathway.
